I did meet Jay over 2 years ago and evaluated Fractal...I didn't agree with his methodology of using property rolls. That is exactly why I went back and expanded The People's Audit that I already had working in Florida.

Track using the vendor's software? In Cybersecurity parlance, that is a man in the middle. You can't track directly with the post office. In othercwords, you pay the post office, vendor, and SOE for tracking info, and you have to trust that they aren't doing bad things.
