One thing that constantly bugged me was watching so many lawsuits failed to fix the 2020 election. Around the same time in Florida, I watched the legislatures instantly run cover for the Zuckerbucks scheme of bribing eleven local supervisors of elections.
At the time they said, that the Zuckerbucks scheme was technically legal and they had to close a loophole.
I’m not a legal scholar, and I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn last night, but I wondered “Why do we need another law to cover bribery?”
If a local election official was given money by an outside company or individual that they had to perform a certain action to keep the money, that would be in my mind a bribe. A “Quid Pro Quo” as they say. Per the Florida statues, those local elections offices can only use funds granted them per the county budgets. So in mind it was already illegal.
So why do I bring this up?
Because the Florida officials told us that, even though it was wrong what Zuckerberg’s foundation and the eleven county election officials did, it was, by their interpretation, “not illegal.”
Why else did the state officials scurry to pass a law to “close that loophole” then?
Well it brings up the topic of this podcast…

Clay Parikh and Ben Cotton masterfully laid out all the problem with the Dominion voting systems and why thy CANNOT BE CERTIFIED in their current state. It’s our job now to use the expert testimonies they they gave under oath in a court of law to “educate” our local and state election officials, our state legislatures and governors that what you are doing may be technically legal, but it is 100% WRONG and needs to be fixed.
Flood them with email, tweets, calls and mail so they can’t claim ignorance before the 2024 election.
