Did The North Carolina Election Board Just Try to Pull A Fast One?

They may have removed some voters 20 months ago, but they are adding voters at a record pace now.

The North Carolina Election Board was bragging on X yesterday about removing nearly 750,000 “names” from from the voter rolls in the state. Here’s the post that is currently up to 2.8 million views.

But are they trying to pull a fast one or just woefully ignorant to what is really happening in the voter rolls?

Pay close attention to the line “last 20 months.” Do you often brag what you did nearly 2 years back?

The People’s Audit has been monitoring the voter rolls in North Carolina since January 2024 and we compare each month’s voter rolls against each other DOCUMENTING EVERY SINGLE CHANGE.

Our Voter Roll Maintenance Report reverse engineers what happens in the rolls each month by each county and then can roll those numbers up to the state level.

See the report below for what REALLY is happening in the North Carolina voter rolls for 2024.

We can calculate the net gain or loss of voter each month by checking:

  • Who moved from Inactive To Active Status

  • Who was Added to the voter roll

  • Who was moved from Active To Inactive Status

  • Who was Removed from the voter roll

If you notice the grand total for all the months since January 2024, North Carolina has added 245,402 new voters as of August 2024… not 20 months ago.

More importantly, if you track the Added column month to month, you will see an explosion of new voters stating in June 2024. In fact, 329,661 new voter have been added since May 2024. I didn’t know North Carolina turned into such a popular state to move to..or maybe they just have a lot of young people finally reaching voting age. ◔_◔

By November, they won’t have any issue recovering the 750,000 voters that they are currently bragging about removing.

We had a similar pattern in Florida. Want to know what was causing it?
