There is SO MUCH disparity within any state voter rolls and HOW the data is compiled and recorded - the AI would be better served to analyze and report data entry glitches to the HAVA designated “chief election officer” in each state. These errors are part of the USA lawsuits in many states. Data reporting standards could be universal without affecting the states sovereign right over time, manner and place of elections…. Until this is addressed- AI will produce garbage for analysis- especially across state lines.
