Minnehaha County, South Dakota, Absentee Mail-in ballots from 9/20-10/11/2024, sent in by people who've falsely registered with Residence Address of businesses e.g. PMBs, hotels, campgrounds are 22% of total absentee ballots and 40% of total Mail-in ballots. We know that the vast majority of these voters don't live in SD. If they stay in SD, if at all, possibly for a couple nights, get their SD drivers license, register vehicles lower cost, register to vote using false address and then go back to where they really live to avoid paying state taxes claiming "we're SD residents"!
It's Perjury to register to vote that way, a felony! Tax evasion in other states is serious crime also. Minnehaha County Commissioner Joe Kippley says, "Do a cost benefit analysis" to decide whether SD State and Federal election laws are followed or not! 🔥🔥 It's outrageous!

Jessica Pollema (SD Canvassing Group) put her Accounting career on hold 3 1/2 years battling the many avenues elections laws are broken in SD. I've just been involved researching, speaking out since 6/4/2024 SD House D11 primary I lost challenging incumbent by 10 votes. Days after when I did analysis of our D11 absentee ballots, there were 16 people who were registered as living in a campground or hotel. We talked with the owner/Manager of Campground and Hotel. None of those voters ever lived there. Totally corrupt!
Here's what I presented to Minnehaha County South Dakota County Commissioners and County States Attorney on 10/15/2025. Commissioners claim they have nothing to do with dealing with this fraud. Yet several County Commissioners and the Deputy State's Attorney who were in this meeting will be on Elections Board that certifies the county elections results shortly after 11/5/2024!
