Good content. That explains the recent assessments here in Delaware. People had sticker shock. The previous assessment in our county was from the 80s. Guess it was time for the elites to do a property grab.

You're right. They told us what their plan was. Four years won't be enough for Trump to clean up this mess.

We must get ORGANIZED (as they do), so that we each have things to do, like having assigned people to make a call, to whom, when. Then there need presenters on certain topics, trained & competent, to meet demand for those, then fundraisers, phone banker, precinct walk mappers & walkers, etc. (Can't tell that I've run campaigns of all sorts before, CA 'ya?)

great topic - i DO know my appraiser, as he came to my house when i said his valuation was off by $100k... after a couple weeks he called me and said he would reduce by $50k, admitting that the models he was using (from a 3rd party vendor) are inaccurate, but not necessarily owning up to possibly his own mistakes (or pressure his office is receiving, etc.)

In Pinellas County FL, our REC Chair is now also our Tax Collector, and I don't know of a single local govt that has a true AF person in charge that would agree with your article but your breakdown is absolutely correct. St. Petersburg FL is listed on WEF website as a 15-minute city which I brought up at our REC just last night. No one knew and I'm sure half the people thought I was a nut, as usual. Those of us damaged by 3 hurricanes from summer of 2024 have received "substantial damage" letters for our homes giving us until June 1st to demolished, relocate, or elevate our homes. Or what? It didn't say. The appraiser office told me they'd be happy to appraise my value higher so I didn't fall under the "50-50" damage rule. I said, "no thanks". Im fighting it and have a plan but MANY victims already sold their homes for far less than they're worth or had them assessed higher so they could keep them. Yes, Kris, you are right on. When the county SOE, Tax Collector, DA, Sheriff, Property Appraiser, and Commissioners are all on the same page and it's not ours, whether they know the Master Globalist Plan or not doesn't matter. The hands are all getting greased against our best interests.
