Sarasota County is Off the Chain. The County Commissioners just Green-Lit The development of 2700 MORE acres, when the 105 acres they built multi-unit dwellings on Jacaranda Blvd have ZERO people occupying them. The Genie can NOT be put back in the bottle once the units are sold and occupied. ONLY THEN will we see the complete adverse impact caused to our communities by the greedy pig developers and bribed Commissioners. I began making it a point of letting the Commissioners know how I feel about their decisions. I caught one at our 'conservative' club meeting last month and asked him who voted how in the 4-1 vote. I already knew, but I wanted him to own it, before voicing my opinion. He gave me some BS about how once the lawyers for the developers present such 'data', it can't be voted against. I told him that when someone tells me they 'can't', it really means they 'Won't'. We need to make it uncomfortable for these people to walk around this County when they continue to vote Against the people who vote For them, by questioning them and not letting them change the subject and showing them our displeasure in the words we use in conversations with them.

The developers have controlled Manatee County for a number of years. This election cycle, they learned that the people of Manatee County have had enough. We still have a long way to go, but we have a good start. Sarasota County members asked how we did it. A lot of hard work and keeping an eye on the voter rolls.

I honestly wouldnโ€™t be surprised if the stuff in Springfield, Ohio has something to do with this. Itโ€™s a town that has been in decline since they lost manufacturing, and itโ€™s right along I-70 b/w Columbus and Dayton. So letโ€™s flood it with Haitian natives who have no desire to assimilate into American culture, further destroying the town and pushing out Americans because the government has given them all free housing vouchers, then tear it all down and build it back up.
